Waste to energy, engineered for industrial scale
Keystone Green Energy designs and delivers advanced continuous torrefaction plants that efficiently convert municipal solid waste (MSW), refuse-derived fuel (RDF), biomass, and sewage treatment plant (STP) sludge into dry, carbon-rich, high-energy industrial fuel, promoting sustainable waste management and cleaner energy solutions.
Torrefaction solutions for four industrial feedstocks
Keystone Green Energy utilizes advanced continuous torrefaction technology to transform Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), Biomass, Refuse-Derived Fuel (RDF), and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Sludge into high-quality, feedstock-specific torrefied fuels.
The resulting dry, brittle, and energy-dense fuel is designed to replace coal or support co-firing applications in thermal power plants, cement plants, steel plants, and industrial boilers, contributing to cleaner energy production and sustainable waste management.
Keystone Green Energy's project portfolio includes a fully commissioned 100 TPD plant in Warangal and a successfully completed 50 TPD Delhi Jal Board pilot project. Additionally, its 500 TPD Municipal Solid Waste plant in Gorakhpur and 200 TPD biomass processing plant in Sangrur are currently in the commissioning phase, demonstrating the company's commitment to innovative waste-to-energy solutions.

Apart from these, several other projects in Haryana and other states are On Process and will be commissioned soon.
Powering the Future with Waste
Bio-CNG is purified biogas with 90–95% methane. Made from kitchen waste, cow dung, and agricultural residue, it works exactly like CNG but without fossil fuels — clean, cost-effective, and made in India for India.
We are working to make Bio-CNG accessible for farms, industries, and cities. Our goal is simple: turn waste into wealth and reduce dependence on imported fuels. Backed by the Govt. of India’s SATAT scheme, we design, install, and maintain small to large-scale biogas to Bio-CNG plants.
Renewable
Made from waste, not crude oil.
Low Emissions
70% less CO2 than diesel and petrol.
Extra Income
Waste becomes fuel plus organic fertilizer.
Our Vision
Every village and industry in India running on Bio-CNG by 2030.
Engineering Depth from Feedstock to Bio CNG Filling
As an end-to-end Bio CNG Plant Manufacturer, we connect biology, anaerobic digestion equipment, and gas upgrading systems for long-term operational performance.
Feedstock-Led Bio-CBG Engineering
Feedstock characterisation, biomethane yield modelling, and substrate pre-treatment shape the process before plant equipment is specified.
Integrated Plant Manufacturing
In-house fabrication of GFS digesters, biogas upgrading units, and central controls eliminates fragmented vendor liability.
Turnkey Bio CNG Plant Performance
Plant commissioning, operator training, continuous gas quality monitoring, and support ensure sustained high-purity yield over the plant lifecycle.
One Connected System. Five Protected Outcomes.
Each stage of our Bio CNG conversion process is engineered to prepare the next—protecting biological conversion first, then purification and compression.
Secure the feed
Plan reception, storage and contaminant control around actual incoming material.
Condition the slurry
Size reduction, mixing and controlled pre-treatment create a consistent digester feed.
Protect biology
Stable anaerobic conditions convert organic matter into energy-rich raw biogas.
Upgrade the gas
Remove moisture, H₂S, and CO₂ to reach fuel-grade Bio-CBG specifications.
Compress and dispatch
Compress, meter and route CBG for cascades, dispensing or the defined offtake route.
